here's OUr story

Eleven years ago, the story began when Dmitry and Tonya started their IT careers. Tonya, a talented math student with numerous olympiad victories, became a commercial developer. Dmitry, with a background in gaming and proficient English skills, joined a game development company as a QA engineer.

Fast forward five years, the two had worked in the industry without knowing each other. But when they eventually met, they decided to start their own software agency, which is still running today. Throughout the seven years of building the company, they encountered numerous challenges related to managing remote teams and working with clients around the world. This led them to the idea of creating a product that could help alleviate these issues. That's how CleverFleet was born. Initially, CleverFleet was designed as a payroll system that allowed for easy, secure payments without intermediaries. As they gathered more client feedback, they expanded their vision to become a virtual Chief Remote Officer, a comprehensive solution for managing everything related to remote teams - from hiring and payroll to taxation, benefits, and perks.

Recognizing that this was a significant undertaking (and not having MIT degrees and a solid network), Dmitry and Tonya decided to start small and focus exclusively on Ukrainian contractors and employees. They have a strong understanding of the local market and believe the value they offer is significant enough to attract customers.

To achieve their goals, Dmitry and Tonya started building a team by recruiting developers, marketers, and salespeople. As the company grew, they hired more people to help with their mission. Today, the entire team is dedicated to providing top-quality service to its customers.

And that's where you come in. The story continues, and you can be a part of it.
